We want you and your pet to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• Please contact us through our Contact page before sending anything back, so we can give you return instructions.
• Items that arrive damaged, defective or not as described will be replaced or fully refunded at no cost to you. Please send photos within 14 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used, washed or worn by a pet cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us through our Contact page.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund after the time above, please check your bank account, then your card company, and finally contact us.
